Have you found yourself carrying so much that you no longer recognize the person carrying it?  Maybe you have spent years showing up for everyone else while quietly setting your own needs aside. Maybe you are navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply longing for a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.

Have you ever noticed that the strongest trees aren’t the ones that never face storms? Imagine for a moment…this beautiful tree in front of you in the midst of the other trees standing there grounded in its roots.  As you look up at it, you may wonder what keeps it standing so tall and strong. It’s gone through its share of storms too, just like we all have.

They bend with the wind. They weather changing seasons. They lose leaves, endure harsh winters, and still continue to grow. Their strength isn’t found in what everyone sees, it’s found in the roots growing quietly beneath the surface.  People are much the same. I love this metaphor, it is so relatable if you stop to think about it. The trees are showing us their resiliency! This is where your power lies!

The truth is resilience isn’t about pretending everything is okay or pushing through one more day.  It’s about discovering the strength that already lies within you, learning practical tools to navigate life’s challenges, and creating space to breathe, grow, and connect with who you are. I believe that healing begins with reflection and awareness, growth with small intentional steps, and lasting resilience is built one moment at a time.

Whether you are an individual with a renewed purpose, seeking personal growth. a desire to feel more empowered with life’s seasons, wanting to strengthen yourself and your family, an organization wanting to support the well-being of your employees,  My mission is to help you develop practical resilience tools and tap into the inner strength inside of you that allow you to not only weather life’s storms but to continue growing through them.  We have the capability to grow through what we go through.

Through one-on-one coaching, engaging workshops, workplace wellness programs, speaking engagements, and community events, my mission in simple.:

To help people carry less, grow stronger, live with greater intention, confidence, connection, and resilience.

I help empower you to move from survival mode into deeper connection and confidence with yourself, your community and each other. Resilience grows through connection.

To all my moms and dads, I hold an endearing space for you as you attempt to juggle it all. My desire is to help you grow deep roots so you can create an environment for a calmer state of mind and calmer family relationships which in turn provides the opportunity for everyone to thrive.  Just like a tree needs strong roots to weather storms, parents need emotional support, self connection, and resilience to guide their families through life’s challenges. When parents feel grounded, children feel safer, stronger, connected, and resilient.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. You simply have to take the first step which in turn will sprinkle back into your life, relationships, work, family – EVERYTHING!  When you have that connection and awareness inside, it allows you to understand your internal reactions to stress and change. By turning inward, you can regain that sense of control and stability within to handle all the curves.

It’s so important to me that every session, every experience with my clients provides a sacred space for healing and empowerment.  A place of presence and welcoming where everyone can be seen and heard.  That is the cornerstone of my work and what I am passionate about.

I hope to empower you and would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover the resilience that has been within you all along!

~ With so much love, Amie
